Hunter’s Chicken 

Ingredients:
Chicken – 180 gms (6 supremes)
Garlic Juice – 20 ml
Oregano – 15 gms
Thyme – 10 gms
Rosemary – 10 gms
Basil – 30 gms (chopped)
Parmesan – 20 gms
Manchego – 15 gms
Blue Cheese – 5 gms
Roasted Green Chili – 10 gms (chopped)
Jalapenos – 12 gms
Hung Curd – 50 gms
Cream – 15ml
Oil – 20 gms
Salt – To Taste
White Pepper – 5 gms

Method:
1.    Wash the chicken and apply salt, oil and garlic juice. Mix well and leave aside.
2.    Combine the remaining ingredients to make a marinade. Mix all the ingredients well and check for seasoning.
3.    Skewer the chicken supremes and coat the curd based marinade onto it.
4.    Place the skewers in the tandoor (clay oven) till chicken is cooked and tender. Make sure not to burn the marinade and turn the skewers from time to time to cook evenly.
5.    Serve hot along with a dip or mint chutney.
